This notice describes the current reservation website. Separate service terms covering physical keepsakes, digitization, digital delivery, and file retention will be provided before payment or acceptance of belongings.

Information you choose to share

The request form collects your name, email, ZIP code, optional general description of your keepsakes, and confirmation of the planned price and permission to contact you. Please do not submit identity documents, financial information, health information, private family details, or photographs through this form.

How the information is used

We save requests so SOMEDAY can review suitability, follow up by email, and discuss the proposed service. Submitting a request gives permission for contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter. Authorized service providers process website hosting, request records, and email delivery.

Website measurement

This website uses the existing Meta Pixel to measure page visits and completed reservation requests. Meta may receive device, browser, cookie, and page information under its own policies. SOMEDAY’s reservation event does not intentionally send the name, email, ZIP code, or keepsake description entered in the form. The form also records campaign tags and the referring page, when available, to understand how visitors find SOMEDAY. Your browser’s privacy controls can limit tracking.

Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives standard connection information such as your IP address when your browser requests them.

Your family’s materials

We do not use submitted family stories or keepsake images in our marketing without separate permission. A reservation request does not grant permission to publish or advertise with your materials.

Questions, corrections, and removal requests

To correct your reservation information, withdraw a request, ask for deletion, or stop request-related follow-up, email mariam@somedaycapsules.com. Any records required for an accepted paid service will be addressed in the service terms provided before payment.
