Pack with our kit and guide. We photograph, catalogue, and organize your originals, and design your book.
Receive your collection.
Approve your book proof, then welcome your originals and finished collection home. Planned curation: 3–4 weeks, plus transit and approval time.
Your originals are returned without permanent alteration. Photographed intake and a collection ID keep them identifiable throughout the process.
What to send & how we care for itWhat can I send?
Loose photographs, letters, recipes, cards, clean dry clothing, and small sturdy mementos are a good starting point. Keep valuables, important documents, ashes, fragile pieces, liquids, and hazardous items at home. We review your list before you send anything; a photo or scan can represent something you prefer to keep.
How much fits in the collection?
The planned offer covers up to 20 small individual keepsakes. Each photo, letter, garment, or object counts as one item. The 40 scans cover sides of those same keepsakes, not additional items. Everything must fit safely in the supplied kit; we confirm dimensions and limits before payment.
How long does it take?
Plan on 3–4 weeks after your accepted collection arrives, plus shipping and time for your proof approval. We confirm your production window before payment and return your finished collection as soon as it is ready.
What do I need to provide for the memory book?
Just the names, captions, and memories you want to share. We design a 12-page book using your words and selected images, and you approve it before printing. Your downloadable archive includes the catalogue and included scans, for you to save and share.
What happens after I send a request?
We email you to review your keepsakes and confirm availability, final price, shipping arrangements, and written service terms. Nothing is charged and no production slot is guaranteed by the request. Wait for written acceptance and packing instructions before shipping.
